Distinguished participation of the University of Mosul at Berlin conference 2011

 

Based on the invitation to some of the Iraqi university institution German academic exchange service (DAAD) in Germany to participate in the conference under the title of the third

"Information Technology (IT): the key to the development of society in Iraq."

Which was organized in the period 26 September to 2 October 2011 at the International Center for Cultural Understanding (ZIIK) in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Technical University (TU) in Berlin. Were selected Dr. Ibrahim Ali Qutaiba / Director, Center for Computer and Internet to represent the University of Mosul in the conference.

Brought together two major issues:assess the "development of the curricula of information technology on the basis of the last Conference, in September 2010.
(2) the role of information technology in the Iraqi society
      
The educational system, health system, public administration and social networks on the Internet

The main objectives of the conference to create visions of society, to promote young researchers, academics and knowledge transfer to the relevant areas, in practice, as well asaspects of the protection of data privacy and security informatics.

Received a lecture delivered by the Director, Center for Computer and Internet at the University of Mosul, attention and applause from the audience and addressed the methods used at the University of Mosul, to use the various tools and information to promote the reality of administrative, educational and research to the University and represents the successful experience of one of the Iraqi universities.
Been agreed with the German side to send News University and its activities and research excellence to be posted in the German press and magazines they represent a successful experiment to one of the universities in developing countries.
