Farhad E. Mahmood
Farhad E. Mahmood (farhad.m"at"uomosu.edu.iq) (S'13-M'19) received the B.S., and M.S. degrees from the University of Mosul, in 2005, and 2008, respectively, and received the Ph.D. degree from The University of Kansas, in 2019, all in electrical engineering. Currently, he is a lecturer in the Electrical Engineering Department, College of Engineering, University of Mosul. His research interests include wireless communication systems, mobile energy efficiency, RF antenna design, radio network planning, positioning location. Dr. Mahmood was a scholar of CARA organization for two years starting from 2010. Then, in 2012, he was a Higher Committee of Education and Development in Iraq scholar to obtain his Ph.D., when he received the Telemetry Award in 2019.
