It is one of the books that gave me a lot of positive energy when I read it during my stay at home because of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The fourteenth edition of the book, which is 553 pages, was written by Dr. Ayedh Al-Qarany and published by the Obaikan Library in Riyadh in 2004. The book represents an invitation to reconsider the difficulties and obstacles faced by the individual or society and to deem them natural life challenges that shoud not be faced frustratingly and hopelessly, but to be dealt with as surmountable obstacles that eventually improve awareness of ourselves and the world around us. The book provides many sayings, wisdoms, and factual stories from multiple cultures in an interesting literary style, through which the author presents a life plan based on faith, science and optimism. Consequently, it is not surprising that the book has been accepted and millions of its copies has been sold and translated into many global languages. I recommend reading it, especially under the current circumstances.
