Dr. Hamid Mohammad Taha Al-Suwaidani, head of the Department of Historical and Cultural Studies at Regional Studies Center - University of Mosul, through his research entitled "The position of the Turkish people towards the 1920 revolution in Iraq", has taken part in the electronic symposium organized by the University of AL-Hamdania in cooperation with the Forum of Historians on the occasion of the centenary of the twentieth revolution on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, via the "Zoom" platform at the link: https://zoom.us/j/2265365375.

Al-Suwaidani's research included the events of the twentieth revolution in Iraq through documents and personal meetings held in Istanbul with specialists. The research aims to show the wide repercussion that this revolution received outside the borders of Iraq, which made it a global revolution that received the sympathy of the free people, including the Turkish people.
